Returns if Faulty

We will ask for photo evidence of fault and if deemed faulty, we will send you a postage label for return to a supplied email address. This must be done within 30 days of receiving it.

Goods returned to us must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging complete with tags and labels. All returns should be appropriately packaged. We are unable to accept returned goods if the manufacturers packaging (i.e. shoe box) has been used as the outer postal packing.

Refunds will be processed once item has been received and reviewed.

 

Returns if item is unsuitable

Returns are at the customer’s expense and we advise that you retain your proof of postage. We do not accept any liability for goods lost in the post or by a courier when being returned by a customer. This must be done within 30 days of receiving it.

Refunds will be processed once item has been received and reviewed. Original postage cost will be deducted from refund.
